Brand is a registered Architect in the state of Florida with over 10 years of experience in the architectural and construction profession. During this time he has worked on a wide range of high profile projects in the planning, programmatic, and construction phases as Project Manager and as owner representative.
Brand has a clear understanding of the construction process, and is capable of facilitating problem solving solutions to both the project owner and the design/construction professionals involved. Alondra Delgado EIT
Assistant Project Manager
Alondra is a Civil Engineering graduate and is FE licensed with the Florida Board of Professional Engineers. She has experience with accounting, estimating, and in the construction industry as well. During her time at FIU, she learned most about construction in her internship with a leading construction materials company, learning about cement, concrete and exposure to job sites.
As an assistant project manager with TPA Group, she uses efficient communication, planning, scheduling, and budgeting skills to help make a project run smoothly from start to finish. She is highly-motivated and results-oriented, which works well when it comes to successful project management.
