Our Story
TPA Group was founded by Brand Gonzalez, an architect and construction professional with extensive experience managing projects throughout South Florida. After years of working alongside architects, engineers, contractors, and property owners, Brand recognized a common challenge: construction projects often suffer from fragmented communication between design, permitting, and execution.
He founded TPA Group with a simple vision—to create a company where clients could rely on a single team to manage every stage of the project with professionalism, technical expertise, and accountability.
Today, Brand remains actively involved in every project, working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure each project moves forward efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality. His hands-on approach and commitment to solving problems before they become obstacles have become the foundation of TPA Group’s reputation.
