With over 10 years of experience in the South Florida market, The Project Advisor Group brings a unique approach to Owner representation services given with our extensive history of successful collaborations in residential, commercial and infrastructure development projects. Our mission is to fully integrate the services we provide to tailor the needs of project owners through the various stages of project development, from programing to turnkey. Our acute attention to details and our ability to navigate communication routes between the ownership group, the design, and construction team will ensure that project parameters, budget, and schedule are always kept on track.
Our services during Design and Pre-Construction phase include:
- - Review and coordinate project parameter with the end user and design team.
- - Establish clear line of communication between key project personnel.
- - Attend and document project meetings.
- - Establish project milestones with ownership team.
- - Manage implementation of key design needs and wants based on input from ownership team.
- - Manage entitlement process with design consultants and governing bodies.
- - Assist Ownership group in reviewing project cost and project schedule provided by GC.
- - Manage Project Design phase cost and schedule.
- - Establish Project Design phase cost record tracking and aid on review of payment draws.
Our services during Construction phase include:
- - Implement construction project goals and target schedule with construction and design team.
- - Analyze and review General Contractor SOV with the ownership group.
- - Assist ownership team with value engineering efforts.
- - Attend OAC meetings.
- - Manage review of RFIs and Submittal by design and construction team.
- - Manage project changes based on ownership or site conditions with design and construction team.
- - Review GC payment application for accuracy and completeness.
- - Manage implementation of design intent from ownership team during construction.
- - Track project hard and soft cost expenditure.
